A Profound Spiritual Journey

This retreat was a turning point in my spiritual path.
Through the teachings on the “Dual Cultivation of Body and Mind,” I began to understand the essence of practice — balancing awareness and compassion in daily life.
The fasting sessions were unexpectedly joyful; my energy grew steadier, and even my complexion changed.
While some teachings revealed themselves slowly, moments at sacred sites brought clarity beyond words.
I remain deeply grateful to the teachers and companions who made this journey possible, and I look forward to walking the path together again.

Returning to the Source

In Vatican City, a moment of stillness became a conversation beyond words.
As the organ resonated through the cathedral, something within me opened — sorrow softened into understanding.
What once felt like suffering revealed itself as guidance, shaping who I’ve become.
Through surrender came freedom, not in escape but in acceptance.
This journey reminded me that true liberation begins when the heart learns to let go.

Energy, Earth, and Awakening

During our practice sessions across Montreal, Quebec, and Toronto, I witnessed how deeply the earth’s energy can interact with one’s inner state.
Practicing near powerful geomagnetic lines felt like being in a living mandala — subtle vibrations brought warmth, balance, and focus.
The experience reaffirmed how sacred spaces and natural elements can enhance one’s cultivation.
I also came to see that what ancient teachings call “dragon meridians” are simply expressions of nature’s harmony — not superstition, but alignment.
This journey grounded my understanding: true practice is not to seek miracles, but to sense the silent dialogue between earth and mind.

Mount Fuji · The Path of Inner Fire

Climbing Mount Fuji was more than a physical challenge — it was a journey inward.
Through the chanting and ancient meditative techniques, I felt connected to the lineage of wisdom that began centuries ago.
As rain fell and cold winds surrounded us, an unexpected warmth arose from within.
My hands stopped trembling, my breath steadied, and I realized: the true mountain to ascend is the one within.
